How do I know if CrossFit is right for me?

From a 7 year old athlete to 70 year old, CrossFit is infinitely scalable to athletes of all capabilities. Loaded Bell CrossFit’s coaches will work with you to help meet your fitness goals.

Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

No. It’s a common misconception that you have to get in shape just to start CrossFit. We can tailor our WODs (workout of the day) for all our athletes.

How quickly will I see results?

That varies from person to person. The hard work, dedication, and focus you put into your efforts will drive your results. Your commitment coupled with the professional guidance our coaches and nutritional expert provide will yield results.

Do I need to sign up for a membership?

Yes, we offer memberships ranging from 3 months to 12 months. Achieving results comes from commitment to the process involved. We find that anything less than 3 months isn’t conducive to meeting fitness goals.

What days are you open?

We’re open Monday through Saturday with specific class times posted on our web site at www.loadedbell.com. Any special events will also be listed on our calendar.
