Foam Roller

Using the foam roller is huge when it comes to recovery. Especially during those workouts that include a run, foam every muscle in your leg can help circulate blood flow and ensure you don’t wake up too sore to walk straight. Take at least five minutes after a workout and dedicate it to rolling out properly.

Epsom Salt Bath

Any sort of warm water bath is going to help ease the soreness in your muscles or stiff joints, but adding Epsom salt takes that bath to another level.
