OUR FOCUS

Loaded-Bell-CrossFit-Our-Focus

My drive to open up Loaded Bell stemmed from wanting others to benefit from CrossFit the way I have. I started CrossFit in 2011 and quickly got into the best shape of my life. Little did I know that it was preparing me for one of the biggest challenges I’d ever faced. In 2014 I was diagnosed with cancer. I went from being the healthiest I’d ever been to battling a potentially deadly disease overnight.

CrossFit is not only physically challenging but challenges you mentally as well. Developing that mental toughness through CrossFit helped with trying to keep a positive outlook from diagnosis through treatment, and recovery. I want Loaded Bell to be that safe place where people can come, be challenged, and have the best hour of their day with friends and family.

If it can be more than that, like it was for me, then I’ve done what I set out to do. And that’s to give the community the resources to become a healthier version of themselves and help prepare them for whatever life throws their way.
