Loaded Bell is proud to announce Sean Moss as our October athlete of the month.  In the short time Sean’s been with us, he’s demonstrated one thing over and over again.  Consistency!  He always shows up and puts in the hard work.  It shows in the results he’s achieved in such a short amount of time.  You’ll find him attacking each and every workout with the same enthusiasm.  Even if it’s those dreaded overhead squats!  Ask him how the workout was and you’ll get the same answer every time.  It was great!  Please join us in congratulating Sean as our athlete of the month.

Where did you grow up? Florida and New Mexico

When did you become a member at Loaded Bell CrossFit? March 2018

What do you do when you are not at Loaded Bell CrossFit? (occupation, hobbies, etc.)

I work in Government Contracts as an HR specialist. Outside of work and the gym I spend most of my time with family!

How did you find out about CrossFit? Former member Carlos Herrera recommended I come and try it out.

When did you realize CrossFit is right for you? After the first official WOD! I love being challenged and being competitive and this fits perfectly.

What is your favorite WOD/movement? I love cleans!

What is your least favorite WOD/movement? Overhead Squats are the bane of my existence but I will get better at them!

What is one thing you have done at Loaded Bell CrossFit that you never thought you would do? Attempted anything in a hand stand. Outside of the gym going upside down was not an option.

What motivates you during a CrossFit WOD? I like to get better each day so I try to be the best I can each and every workout.

What is something about yourself that we might not know? Before I started government work, I was a personal trainer at Golds gym for 4 years.

What advice would you give to someone just getting started with CrossFit? Don’t stop. Each workout is difficult and some you will do better at than others but overall the consistency of coming will make you better!
