Loaded Bell is proud to announce Ethan Hill is our September Athlete of the Month!  Since starting CrossFit with us, Ethan has shown incredible improvement not only in his athleticism but in the quality of his movement.  His dedication and focus has resulted in impressive progress.  We can’t wait to see what other tricks he has up his sleeve!  Congratulations, Ethan!!

What motivates you during a CrossFit WOD? To beat previous score/weight

What is something about yourself that we might not know? I am more talkative at home than I am at Crossfit

What advice would you give to someone just getting started with CrossFit? Give it time to get better
